Overview
Teams create better software when quality activities are deliberate, explainable and proportionate to risk. Junior Test Automation Engineer Track helps participants progress from programming and test-design foundations to maintainable browser and API automation in a version-controlled project through a progression covering automation-engineer role, workflow and quality mindset, programming essentials for readable test code and test design for automation. Participants write small tests, use assertions and data, refactor duplicated code, collaborate through pull requests, diagnose failures and run a focused suite in a simple continuous-integration workflow. Each exercise asks learners to interpret evidence, refine their approach and communicate findings in language that technical and non-technical stakeholders can use. The track produces a reviewed starter framework and a development roadmap instead of a collection of copied scripts.
