Overview
From the first exercise, Java Programming for SDET treats quality as an engineering and communication discipline. Learners practise how to write readable Java programs and test utilities using types, control flow, collections, exceptions, object-oriented design and build tooling, beginning with java environment, project structure and execution and progressing through types, variables, operators and tester-oriented logic to control flow, methods and decomposition. Participants solve tester-oriented problems, parse data, model domain objects, call services, handle failures, write JUnit checks and organise a small Maven or Gradle project under version control. The work is reviewed for clarity, repeatability and relevance to real delivery constraints. The course develops programming fluency for automation frameworks without reducing Java learning to copied Selenium syntax.
